Inspired by the food trucks around us for the Edmonton Fringe Festival, we've created a Birria Taco Dog! Our fan favourite birria taco wrapped around an all-beef hot dog along with some diced pickled jalapeños, mozza, onion, and cilantro. Served with consommé for dipping goodness.
